Kristin Hope is an accomplished beauty and medical aesthetics professional with over two decades of experience in clinical skincare, cosmetic sales, and spa management. Her career reflects a unique blend of artistry, science, and client-centered care, positioning her as a trusted leader in the aesthetics field.

Kristin began her professional journey in 2003 with Clinique Cosmetics at Macy’s, where she developed a strong foundation in beauty advising, product knowledge, and client consultation.

Her natural ability to connect with clients and deliver tailored solutions quickly advanced her into leadership, including her role as Makeup Artist and Cosmetic Sales Manager with Red Door Spa in Short Pump, Virginia. There, she honed her skills in luxury beauty services, staff training, and sales performance, while building lasting client relationships.

In 2011, Kristin transitioned into medical aesthetics as Clinic Manager at American Laser Skincare. She managed daily clinic operations, oversaw treatment planning, and guided patients through advanced skincare procedures such as laser hair removal, anti-aging therapies, and non-invasive cosmetic treatments.

Her leadership was instrumental in creating a welcoming environment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, care, and results. To further strengthen her clinical expertise, Kristin pursued advanced training at the International Dermal Institute in Vienna, VA, and earned her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential through Career Training Solutions.

This dual background in both aesthetics and medical care allows her to combine technical knowledge with a compassionate, results-driven approach to patient care. Today, Kristin continues to build on her extensive experience in beauty and medical aesthetics, focusing on advanced treatments, client education, and innovative skincare solutions. She is passionate about empowering clients to look and feel their best, while also mentoring others in the industry to uphold professionalism and excellence.
